Reflections on Rivers with Melody Popple

Join local Bundjalung artist and researcher Melody Popple for a relaxed exploration into her exhibition Balun Gawarima – River Story, developed as part of her PhD project Moving Through Waters.
Through bush dyeing, natural pigment processes, and visual story-mapping, Melody’s work explores the cultural significance of water on Bundjalung Country. Melody will share the ideas, stories, and research behind the exhibition, while also introducing visitors to some of the creative techniques used throughout the project.
